Chained follows the twisted relationship formed between a serial killer Bob and a teenager whom he kidnapped few years earlier.
Bob, the serial killer abducted Tim and his mother. After killing her he keeps the nine year old raising him as a helper.
Tim must burn the bodies of other women Bob will kill and keep scrapbooks of the crimes. Will he ever get loose?
