Hit So Hard follows the journey of Patty Schemel, the great drummer of Courtney Love`s rock band.
Since she was a young girl, Patty was different from other kids, but she never dreamed that one day her picture would be on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine.
It has been noted that she was considered by Kurt Cobain as Nirvana`s drummer after the departure of Chad Channing.
