Hit and Run is a 2012 action comedy romance film directed by David Palmer and Dax Shepard. Hit and Run has a screenplay written by none other than comic talent Dax Shepard.
Hit and Run is the story of Charlie Bronson who is involved in a witness protection program. However he risks his safety to take his fiance to Los Angeles. This apparently dream trip turns into nightmare soon enough.
Even though Charlie seems to be a nice guy, he has a questionable past he must face. He was the getaway driver for some bank robbers.
So they are chased by the feds and, as this wasn’t enough, his former pals, a band of gangsters with whom he did the last job, are on his tail also.
