Neil Young Journeys is a 2011 documentary directed by Jonathan Demme. Neil Young Journeys combines his Massey Hall concert footage with some scenes from a road trip trough Ontario.
Neil Young Journeys follows the trip of now, the sixty-five year old, singer Neil Young. In May 2011 he recreated his iconic tour from Toronto in his birth city.
Neil Young Journeys presents us the rural town of Omemee , the singer’s birth place. The documentary makes a reminiscence of his neighbors, of his friends, of his love affairs.
However things change, people change an most of all places change. So now, when he arrived back there he sadly sees the transformation of the landscape.
