Andy On is a Chinese American actor and martial artist. Andy On was approached to take over the role of one of Jet Li`s film characters, in Black Mask 2: City of Masks in the year 2002.

He won a Hong Kong Film Award for Best New Actor. He shared the screen with the man who influenced him, Jackie Chan, in New Police Story. Andy On starred in two action films in 2010, True Legend and Bad Blood.
