Ashley began her career as a young girl when she began modeling. While living in Charleston, South Carolina, Scott entered a Millie Lewis Convention and won her division.

After her sophomore year of high school, the 15-year-old went to New York City to pursue her modeling career. She eventually became a model for Elite Miami. Scott settled in Miami, where she became a catalog model, and a Giorgio Red spokesmodel.
