The American film and television actress has just finished a five-year co-starring contract in the HBO drama “Big Love”. The production team of Criminal Minds added Jeanne Tripplehorn as a regular in the series.
The CBS officials told us that the contract has been signed for one year but has the possibility to prolong it for one more. So the premiere of the eight season will introduce this change which is expected with great thrill.
Executive producer Erica Messer has declared that the Criminal Minds team is thrilled to have Jeanne join them as a profiler. Tripplehorn will play a new FBI profiler but details about the character are undisclosed.
She tested the comedy series world with an appearance in the Fox’s “New Girl”. The next move for her is offered also by CBS and CBS TV Studios who will develop her a comedy project.
