After not even two years since she regained her driver license, Lindsay Lohan does it again. This time the actress seemed to be sober though. Lohan smashed her car into a 18-wheeler.
The accident occurred Friday, when Lohan was returning from filming scenes from “Liz and Dick”, a chronicle about the love affair between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.
Somewhere around 11:40 on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica Lohan drove her black Porsche in the rear of the truck. Our reporters said that the accident can be included in “bad car accidents” category.
However, even though Lohan was taken to the hospital she is feeling good. She was only admitted for two hours for some test and analysis.
The truck driver is also feeling good and hasn’t suffered any injury. Lohan was accompanied by her assistant who, according police records, wasn’t seriously injured.
Although a witness said that Lindsay was driving, officials claim they have to continue their investigation because there are no signs that she was the driver. According to the officers they will treat this accident as a normal collision, as a regular car accident.
At a first glance none of the three involved in the accident has been under the influence of alcohol or other substances when the accident happened.
Few hours after being discharged Lindsay returned on the set of “Liz and Dick”, where, according to the producer, she is making a terrific job. |
